Children: James Howard 1843, Margaret 1845 ( m James SHEA) Edmund 1847, John Joseph 1849, Patrick Alexander 1851, Richard 1852, Bridget Mary 1853 (m Patrick BASSET), Mary Ann 1855 (m Paul FURLA), Peter H.1857 (m Fannie MAYER), Kathrine A. 1861. The Sheehan family were in Durham, Restigouche Co. NB in 1851,61,71,81,91 census. Maurice passed 1889 burried St. Joseph RC Cem.NB. Ann 1898 burried Black Point Cem. Margaret, Edmund, John, Patrick, Richard, Mary, Peter, and Kathrine remained in Restigouche till death. James H.1843 m Margaret Jane MURRY 1845 (d of Thomas MURRY and Elizabeth CHRISTOPHER of Addington) in 1870. The new Sheehan family removed to WI>MT>WA of USA by 1880. Bridget and Patrick Basset also went to USA.

January 20th 1880, they moved to New Brunswick after 1882.
